Welcome to Free Chapters, a place to tempt fans of historical romance of all tastes to delve into books they may never have encountered on Amazon, Kobo et al, or may never have heard of you, the authors.  This page will be linked and posted regularly to specific FB groups, Pinterest, Twitter, and Google+.

If as an author you would like to become a member of the blog and post your free chapters direct to the main page please get in touch with me or leave a comment with your email address. Alternatively PM me at Facebook.

As a quick check to ensure your post has points of sale etc, remember to add url links.

It doesn't matter if your novel was published years ago, or whether it's due release at any moment, make the most of letting people see, hear, and smell history through your words as you paint the future of your characters. And yes, I know a lot of people screw up their noses when one mentions historical novels and the realities of the past, but not everyone lived in towns and cities where garde/gardy loo was commonly shouted from upper floors and where open drains hummed with flies... Though it is true to say pomanders had their uses...

  2. I'd love to join in, Francine, though my characters tend not to be those shouting gardy loo!
